NEW YORK CITY (Jan. 12, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Greg Janicik has joined the firm as a Managing Partner in its Leadership Consulting Practice in New York City.
Janicik brings more than two decades of experience advising senior leaders on organizational transformation, leadership effectiveness, talent strategy and culture. Before joining DHR, he was Chief Human Resources Officer for a global materials science company, where he led enterprisewide change initiatives, partnered closely with the executive leadership team to accelerate growth, and advanced digital systems to align talent, structure, and strategy with business goals.
In addition to his executive leadership experience, Janicik worked extensively as an independent consultant and senior adviser, leading organizational redesigns, transformation programs, and senior team effectiveness engagements. His background includes advisory roles within global executive search and leadership consulting firms, where he partnered with CEOs, boards, and investors on leadership strategy, succession planning, and organizational design.

Janicik earned a Ph.D. in managerial and organizational behavior and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. These credentials reinforce his ability to bridge research-based insight with practical leadership application. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Duke University.
