In this role, Luke Elias advises clients across asset management, wealth management, and banking on senior leadership and succession needs, leveraging his deep expertise in building high-performing teams. He partners with firms navigating growth, transformation, and organizational change, leading executive searches across North America.

Luke Elias brings nearly 12 years of experience from Jobplex, a DHR Global company, where he most recently served as Partner and member of the Executive Committee. During his tenure, he led executive searches across the financial services ecosystem, supporting public markets and alternative investment firms, wealth management organizations, and banking institutions. His recruiting work has spanned across distribution, fundraising, investor relations, investments, operations, firm development, client services, and commercial and private banking leadership.

Prior to entering executive search, Luke Elias was a Business Development Manager at Tatum, a financial consulting firm. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from John Carroll University, Boler School of Business.
