Based in the firm’s Calgary office, Morin advises boards, CEOs, and private equity sponsors on retained executive search assignments that support growth, transformation, and long-term value creation, with a particular focus on sponsor-backed and mission-critical environments.
Morin joined DHR four years ago as a Senior Associate and has been promoted three times, most recently to Partner. His progression reflects both his results and DHR’s focus on building long-term leaders inside the firm.
In his expanded role, Morin will continue to work across DHR’s Aerospace, Defense & Space and Private Equity practices, serving as a trusted advisor to boards and sponsors navigating complex operating and investment cycles. His work is grounded in a practical, operator-informed assessment lens shaped by prior founder and operating experience, allowing him to evaluate leadership not just for fit, but for execution in high-stakes environments.
