NEW YORK (Oct. 31, 2025) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Nicole Didda has joined the firm as a Partner in the Leadership Consulting Practice. Based in New York City, she advises leaders as an executive coach, strategist, and communications expert.
Throughout her career, Didda has established herself as a trusted adviser to C-suite executives across multiple industries. Before joining DHR, Didda founded Comitor Coaching, where she specialized in guiding senior leaders through critical inflection points, including C-suite transitions and enterprise-wide shifts. Her expertise spans leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, and organizational change.

Previously, Didda served as Chief Communications Officer at Skanska, a Fortune 500 real estate and construction firm, where she built the communications function, advised three CEOs, and led communications during a period of cultural transformation.
Earlier in her career, she was a Partner at Oliver Wyman, focusing on business transformation, and an Executive Vice President and General Manager at Edelman, where she led major client engagements and the operational turnaround of the firm’s San Francisco office.
