NEW YORK (April 1, 2026) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announced today that Susan Napolitano has joined the firm as a Partner in its Consumer & Retail Practice. In this role, she advises retail companies and growth-oriented brands on building leadership teams that can engage today’s evolving consumer and scale with purpose.
Napolitano brings more than 12 years of executive search experience across the consumer landscape, with a focus on retail and a growing emphasis on health and wellness. She partners with publicly traded companies, privately held businesses, and private equity-backed organizations to place senior leaders who can drive brand relevance, accelerate growth, and navigate changing consumer expectations.
Napolitano joins DHR after serving as a Partner with Jobplex, a DHR Global company. In that role, she built strong relationships with founders, investors, and executive teams, becoming a trusted advisor to brands at critical moments of growth and transformation.

That experience informs her work today, advising clients on executive hiring strategy, leadership assessment, and organizational design.
