Gaining an accurate understanding of his clients’ critical success factors and long-term business strategies, he applies his operational background and leadership assessment skills to identify talent that will augment and strengthen those key areas, often introducing clients to business development opportunities that add to the growth of their business.

Prior to joining DHR, John served as a Managing Partner for another search firm, where he refined his assessment of general management talent and leadership of successful organizations. Previously, he held various roles within the medical device, diagnostic and laboratory services industries, with Quest Diagnostics, Hewlett-Packard Medical Products Group (now known as Philips Medical Systems) and Beckman Coulter.
