His focus includes senior roles in engineering, product, data and analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), information security, digital, and enterprise IT leadership.

Over more than a decade in executive search, Ted has completed hundreds of engagements for public companies, private equity-backed organizations, and founder-led growth businesses. He is recognized for his ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical leadership profiles and deliver candidates who combine technical depth with commercial acumen, operational discipline, and change leadership.

Ted has spent over 15 years at DHR Global, advancing through roles of increasing responsibility and contributing to the growth of the firm’s technology practice. He frequently collaborates across practice groups to support clients whose technology needs intersect with financial services, industrial, consumer, and private equity environments.

Ted holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He lives in St. Louis with his wife and their children.
