Yemm partners with clients across industries, including financial services, industrial, consumer, retail, and private equity, to recruit senior technology leaders who drive enterprise-wide strategy and performance. His work spans engineering, product, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, information security, digital, and enterprise IT leadership. Over more than a decade in executive search, Yemm has completed hundreds of engagements for public companies, private equity-backed businesses, and founder-led growth organizations. He is known for his collaborative approach and for working closely with colleagues across practice groups to support complex, multi-dimensional client needs.
