SHANGHAI (August 11, 2023) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global announces that Maggie Tong has joined the firm as Partner in the Board and CEO Practice Group, based out of the Shanghai office.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Tong focuses on various industries, including industrial, consumer and retail, financial services, supply chain, healthcare, and technology, media, and telecommunications. She has expertise in strategic planning and execution, mergers and acquisitions, financial management, digitalization, business transformation, organizational efficiency, and strategic talent resources management.

Prior to joining DHR, Tong served as Vice President, Strategy, BD, Business Transformation at Herbalife. Before that, she was the Head of Corporate Strategy at SF Express, completed its IPO, and helped its global expansion into five continents. Tong also served as Vice President, Strategy and BD at Schneider Electric. She was also a strategic consultant with Boston Consulting Group and a financial management professional with General Electric.
Tong earned her Master of Business Administration in finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her Master of Arts in accounting from the Central University of Finance and Economics.
