Amanda has strong expertise in all aspects of the retail and consumer industry with in-depth experience recruiting for marketing, communications, ecommerce, digital, wholesale, finance, supply chain, merchandising, design and human resources role. She is an accomplished, commercially-minded human resources business partner and talent acquisition executive recognized for delivering successful talent outcomes – supporting organizational growth, market leadership and employee retention. Amanda is known for delivering executives to her clients that bring measurable results to retail and consumer companies that operate in global and multi-channel environments.
Amanda provides tenured knowledge to DHR clients to access a variety of industries through the broad talent advisory and talent acquisition offerings. Amanda has recruited top talent to public, private and private equity companies, including Ralph Lauren, David Yurman, Gap Inc., Claire’s, 24 Hour Fitness, Davidson Hotels and Resorts, Ross Stores, Bosch, BruMate and Backcountry.
She attended Friends Seminary and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College in Art History. Amanda lives in NYC with her family and dedicates her free time to volunteering for Friends Seminary and Trinity College, where her son attends college.
