Kimberley serves as Partner in the Life Sciences Practice Group based in the firm’s San Francisco office. She is also a member of the Healthcare Practice Group.

Experience

With more than 30 years of global search experience in North America, UK, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, she serves clients ranging from VC/PE-backed companies to global life sciences companies. Over the past 5 years, she began working with innovators that converge with healthcare and life sciences including, AI/digital tech, health tech, synthetic biology, sustainable sciences and other areas.

Prior to joining DHR, Kim served as a Global Partner, Life Sciences at a transatlantic search boutique where she focused on Board/NED, Advisory, C-level, and VP-level placements. She recruited in functional areas from discovery to commercial roles. Before that, she served as Partner at a other reputable executive search firms. Kim ran two boutique firms over an 11 year period and her first firm was acquired by DHR in 2010. She stayed with DHR for two years to help build out the Life Science Practice before starting up a US division for a European Life Science search firm.

Kimberley’s early education was from University of Arizona, but she has taken numerous courses to further her education in life sciences. She will be receiving an AI in Healthcare Certificate from Stanford University by end of 2023.
