With more than 20 years of experience in business consulting and talent management throughout the Americas and Europe, Michael has a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and challenges facing the industry.

Michael specializes in finding and developing leaders who can drive innovation, transformation, and growth in areas including industrial, automotive, mobility, digital, supply chain, and strategy. He leverages his network, global perspective, and analytical skills to identify and attract diverse and high-performing candidates. Michael supports his clients in assessing, developing, and retaining their existing talent, as well as designing and implementing effective talent strategies.
Prior to DHR, Michael served as Partner at a global executive search firm, where he focused on clients in industrial, automation, and technology. Before that, he was Vice President and Country Manager U.S for one of the largest German-based firms. Earlier in his career, Michael served as Principal at an executive search firm and a top global management consulting firm.
Michael holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration.
