CHICAGO (May 9, 2023) – Leading talent advisory firm DHR Global has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list for the second consecutive year. The firm has also been named to Inc.’s Best Workplaces Editors’ List in two special categories, Enduring Impact: 15+ years in business and Robust and Powerful: $50MM+ in gross revenue.
The Best Workplaces list measures a variety of research-validated workplace factors that result in exceptional company culture, work/life balance and career growth.
In 2023, DHR is proud to celebrate an increase in the firm’s overall workplace score and benefit scores that are 20% higher than other finalist companies of the same size. The firm also proudly shares that 99% of team members who completed the survey reported being ‘engaged’ or ‘highly engaged.’
“Receiving this award for the second consecutive year is a great honor and a true testament to the hard work of our amazing team,” said Geoff Hoffmann, CEO of DHR. “We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment, and committed to continuing to provide a supportive, innovative and inspiring workplace for our team.”
After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth and overall company culture. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the overall score and ranking.
DHR employees provided optional responses to open-ended survey questions with statements including the following:
- “DHR is just a phenomenal place to work. It’s a place where you receive an appropriate workflow, support, and a sense of belonging. Management at DHR takes every opportunity to not only coach you but to check on your well-being. I’ve never been part of an organization that displays such value to its employees.”
- “Overall, I think DHR does a great job of positioning its employees for long-term success, especially those who demonstrate a willingness to learn and advance through the company’s model.”
- “DHR has been ahead of the trend to provide a positive, caring, family-like environment. For years we’ve embraced remote working with trust in each employee to provide the best service to our clients. Community service is both collaborative and individually encouraged and celebrated. Mentorship and career growth are prevalent.”
“The results of the survey made it abundantly clear that our team members value DHR’s collaborative culture and are committed to working together to exceed expectations for not only our clients and candidates, but also for each other,” said Priya Taneja, Executive Vice President, Operations at DHR.
In the past 16 months, DHR expanded service into four new markets in North America: Las Vegas, Montreal, San Pedro Garza Garcia/Monterrey and Saskatoon; and acquired four boutique search firms, expanding its footprint in Calgary, Philadelphia, Toronto and Washington, D.C. The firm also proudly launched its 22nd practice group, Corporate Affairs and Communications.
DHR Global has a track record of recognition for its client service and employee well-being through the Forbes America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms list (2020-2023) and Aetna Workplace Well-Being Award (2022), and is one of the top ten largest, fastest-growing executive search firms in North America, as recognized by Hunt Scanlon Media.
The Best Workplaces list will be featured in Inc.’s May/June 2023 issue and hits newsstands on May 16, 2023, and prominently featured on Inc.com.
