With more than 20 years of experience in business consulting and talent management throughout the Americas and Europe, Otte has a deep understanding of market dynamics, trends, and challenges facing the industry.
Otte specializes in finding and developing leaders who can drive innovation, transformation, and growth in areas including industrial, automotive, mobility, digital, supply chain, and automation. He leverages his network, global perspectives, and analytical skills to identify and attract diverse and high-performing candidates. Otte supports his clients in assessing, developing, and retaining their existing talent, as well as designing and implementing effective talent strategies.

Prior to joining DHR, Otte served as Partner at a global executive search firm, where he focused on clients in industrial, automotive, and technology across functions including supply chain, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources. Before that, he was Vice President and Country Manager, Executive Recruitment and Management Diagnostics North America, for one of the largest German-based executive recruiting and leadership advisory firms. Earlier in his career, Otte served as Principal at a leading global executive search firm and a top global management consulting firm.
