Hidekazu worked for a global executive search and leadership advisory firm for 10 years where he partnered with leading organizations to recruit, develop and assess top leadership talent. Based in Tokyo, Hidekazu served as a Japan Country Manager and a Senior Member of the Industrial and Natural Resources, Healthcare and Technology sectors at the firm. Prior to that, he worked for another leading global executive search firm where he engaged in senior-level executive searches, executive assessment and leadership development projects.
Earlier in his career, Hidekazu worked at GE Healthcare, where he most recently held the title of General Manager of the Marquette Marketing Division and led two marketing groups: Monitor and Cardiology. He also worked at AT Kearney K.K. after beginning his professional career at Sony.
Hidekazu received his Bachelor of Arts in history from Keio University and his Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
