Mathé helps organizations cultivate strong leaders and teams, build resilient and productive cultures and meet challenges through sustainable performance. A seasoned consultant, business advisor, facilitator and executive coach, she has over 25 years of experience assisting business leaders and brings extensive knowledge of business strategy, methodologies and tools.

Mathé is passionate about client success, striving to create an environment that supports them in finding their aim and achieving their goals. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her exceptional insight into human behavior and interpersonal dynamics. She has also been recognized for delivering outstanding results for individuals and organizations, helping build ongoing resiliency, sparking transformation and driving sustainable growth.

Mathé earned her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Waterloo and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and management from McGill University in Montreal. She holds an ICD.D corporate director designation from The Rotman School of Business and is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Women’s Executive Network and Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of British Columbia. She speaks English and French.
