Recaredo focuses on recruiting for marketing, insuretech, fintech, innovation, e-commerce and information technology roles. In his almost 20 years of experience, he has developed expertise in placing human resources and C-suite level roles, including CEO and CFO, as well as director- and other executive-level positions.
Before joining DHR, Recaredo served as Partner at a global leadership and talent advisory firm, assisting clients across the financial services, marketing, insurance and human resources sectors. He also acted as President of the Global Federation of Insurance Associations and General Secretary of the Inter-American Federation of Insurance Companies. Prior to that, Recaredo served as Director of various financial institutions, including Kemper de Mexico, Cremi Bank, Cuauhtemoc Insurance and General de Seguros.
Recaredo holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and a Master of Business Administration from Tecnologia de Monterrey. Recaredo currently serves as CEO of AMIS, the Mexican Association of Insurance Institutions.
