Lisa brings a rare combination of executive search expertise and senior operating leadership experience.
Prior to entering executive search, Lisa served as Chief Marketing Officer of BP’s global aviation business, leading commercial strategy for a $750MM+ global jet fuel enterprise. Her career includes executive roles at BP and Honeywell, as well as strategy consulting at Bain & Company and Kearney.
Lisa currently serves on the Board of RTM Engineering Consultants, a highly successful private equity-backed mid-market engineering firm that recently raised additional outside capital to accelerate growth. She also serves on the board of a private family-owned business, providing governance oversight and strategic counsel within a multi-generational ownership structure.
Her board experience provides firsthand insight into capital deployment, compensation alignment, governance maturity, and the leadership sequencing required to support premium valuations and successful exits.
Lisa has been honored by The White House as a ‘Champion of Change’ for her leadership in entrepreneurial mentoring, counseling, and enterprise development; recognition reflecting her longstanding commitment to strengthening leaders and institutions.
She holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. She serves on nonprofit boards including Chair of the Cornell University Engineering College Council, and the Women’s Board of the University of Chicago. Lisa previously served in as advisory role for the Clean Energy Trust and the University of Chicago Medicine Kovler Diabetes Center.
