Marcey joined DHR in 1998 and has been instrumental in the growth of the Retail and Consumer Practices. An original member of DHR’s board of directors, Marcey was added to the DHR Hall of Fame in 2017 and named Global Consumer Practice Group leader in 2021.

With more than 25 years in executive search, her expertise spans consumer, retail, hospitality and health & wellness. With nearly 1000 executive searches successfully completed within omni-channel, DTC and B2B businesses, Marcey is known for speed to market, high-quality client and candidate engagement skills and her personal involvement in all aspects of every search.
